Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  1. 1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, tomato puree, brown onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric , white cumin, all spice, orange colour, whole mixed spices, and mint leaves for 2 hours.

  2. 2. Heat Oil add big green chilli slice, handful curry leaves, black cumin seeds, and add marinated chicken.

  3. 3. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken tender.

  4. Serve it well:Dish out and serve.

Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Brown Onion crushed 1/2 cup
