Meat 750g small cubes
  1. 1. Take the meat mince in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, add a pack of rehmat Tikka Kabab Masala.

  2. 2. Add raw Papaya and mix well. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

  3. 3. Put the meat onto the thin/ round/ flat skewers. Grill it on low heat of coal/gas fire till light brown. Brush the meat with butter/ghee & keep turning the skewers to grill evenly on all sides until soft. Serve 6-8 persons.

Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger Paste 3 tablespoons chopped
Green Chillies 25 whole/25g, small
Raw Papaya with skin 1 cup paste 50g
Ghee/Butter melted 1/2 cup /75 g for basting
Rehmat Tikka Masala One Packet (use less for mild hot)
