Steps of Cooking

Chicken (skinless) 2kgs/8-10 Quarter Portions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients, and keep it away for few hours (preferably in a refrigirator). Also remove the water collected if any.

  2. 2. Take a tray and place the chicken pieces and put it in a preheated oven. The temperature should be set at 375oF / 190oC for 40 minutes.

  3. 3.After 40 minutes, set the oven onto grill and let the prepration grill till light brown or bar-be-que the chicken pieces until soft and rosted on each side.

  4. Serve it well: with fresh green salad, onion, tomatoes and lemon wedges.




Yogurt 1 cup whipped/200g

Rehmat Tandoori Masala One Packet (use less for mild hot)
