Steps of Cooking

Meat 1 kg minced / cube
  1. 1. Take 6 glasses of water in a pot and add the minced meat, chana dal, garlic, ginger and Rehmat Shami Kabab Masala. Let it cook on low heat for 30-45 minutes, or until soft.

  2. 2. After the meat is tender, only about 2 cups of water should remain. Then blend the meat mixture to a coarse paste. Add eggs to this paste and knead it well. Make 20-30 round flat kababs.

  3. 3. Heat the ghee/oil and shallow/ deep fry the Kababs on all sides evely till they are brown.

  4. Serve it well:with naans/roti and fresh salad and Chutney.

  5. Better option for better results: Use finely chopped green chillies, green coriander, mint and onion to fill or mix inside each kabab. The paste of minced meat and dal should be wet and soft. While frying if the kababs break, then another whisked egg can be added to the mixture.

Egg(s) 1-2 whisked
Ghee/Oil 2-3 cups/500g
