Meat/Chicken One kg minced 3 times to fine paste
  1. 1. Marinate the minced meat, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and Rehmat Seekh Kabab Masala Mixture for 3 hours.

  2. 2. After the marination, add the ghee and knead it well. Make small meat balls and put them onto the skewers. With wet hands, flatten the minced meat around the skewer.

  3. 3. Place the Seek Kababs on low heat over the coal fire or in an oven and evenly heat them by turning them in intervals, until light brown.

  4. 4. Heat up the 1/2 cup of remaining ghee and add the sliced onions to it. Fry well till golden brown and mix it into the Nihari. Cover and simmer it for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve it well: with paranthas, onion rings rinsed in cold water and tamarind chutney. Serves 6-8 persons.
Ghee/Suet/Butter one & 1/2 / 1 - one & 1/4cup /150 g minced suet
Green Chillies Two tbsps coarsely grounded
Onion Medium One Chopped & coarsely grounded
Ginger Paste 2 tbsps/4" piece/50g
Garlic Paste one tbsp heapful
Rehmat Seekh Kabab Masala One Packet (use less for mild hot)
