Steps of Cooking

Mutton/Chicken 1 kg 1" broad, thin long pieces.
  1. 1. To prepare the marinate, mix together Rehmat Mutton BBQ Masala (one packet), yogurt, vinegar or lemon juice and butter/ghee/oil.

  2. 2. Now apply & coat the marinate on Mutton and pierce the Mutton pieces thoroughly with fork or knife so that masala seeps where and leave for 2-3 hours.

  3. 3. Arrange Mutton pieces on the oven tray, and put it in pre-heated oven mark 5, 375oF /190oC for 45 minutes. Then place the tray under high setting of grill till becomes light brown or pierce the mutton in the rod & BBBQ on low coal fire.

  4. Serve it well:with salad and chutney.
Yogurt (whipped) 1 cup 150gms
Lemon Juice or Vinegar 8 tbsp or juice of 5-6 fresh lemon
Ghee/Butter/Oil 1/2 cup (75 gms)
