Mutton/Beef/Chicken |

- 1. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Fry the onions well in it for few minutes.
- 2. To the fried onions add meat, garlic, ginger and Rehmat Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
- 3. Now add the tomatoes and 4 cups of water. Cover the pan and simmer it until the meat is soft and tender.
- 4. Then increase the flame and cook the meat well, until the oil separates from the masala.
- 5. Then pour water to the meat according to thickness of gravy required.
