Steps of Cooking

Mutton/Beef/Chicken 500g cubes
  1. 1. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Fry the onions well in it for few minutes.

  2. 2. To the fried onions add meat, garlic, ginger and Rehmat Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.

  3. 3. Now add the tomatoes and 4 cups of water. Cover the pan and simmer it until the meat is soft and tender.

  4. 4. Then increase the flame and cook the meat well, until the oil separates from the masala.

  5. 5. Then pour water to the meat according to thickness of gravy required.
Onions (medium) Accordingly 2 medium, finely sliced / 200g
Tomatoes 2-3 medium, diced/200g
Ghee/Oil 1cup/175gms
Rehmat Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix 3-4 tablespoons
