Steps of Cooking

Beef/Mutton 1 - 1 1/2 kg small cubes

  2. 1. Pour oil in the pan and heat it. Fry onions, till golden brown. Remove and crush the onions with a rolling pin

  3. 2. Add meat yogurt and Rehmat Korma Mix to the same oil. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

  4. 3. To this add julienned ginger and 1/2 - 1 cup water to make the gravy. Simmer it and cook it well, till meat is soft.

  5. 4. Then add the onion paste and cover, and cook it again for 5-10 minutes.

  6. Tips: No sour yogurt and no over browned onions. Once the onions are deep fried, they should be placed on a plate of tissue papers, so that excessive oil is soaked.
Onions (medium) 5, finely sliced / 300g
Yogurt (plain) 1 1/2 cups whipped / 300g
Garlic (Paste) 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsps/2"piece/20g
Ghee/Oil 1 1/2 cups / 250g
Kewra water 2-3 tablespoons
Rehmat Korma 1 pkt (use less for mild hot)
