Steps of Cooking

Fresh Mutton 1 Kg cut in medium pieces
  1. Meethi Mutton

  2. 1. Heat Oil.

  3. 2. Add ginger and garlic paste.

  4. 3. Fry till it becomes brown.

  5. 4. Now add the onion and tomato paste and saute.

  6. 5. Add all the masalas and mutton pieces and cook for 10 minutes.

  7. 6. Add Rehmat Kasoori Meethi and salt.

  8. 7. Cook for 15-20 minutes till the mutton is cooked.

  9. 8. Serve with rice or rotis.

Kasoori Meethi 25 g
Onion 3 - 4 paste
Garlic 5-6 cloves paste
Ginger 1 piece paste
Tomato 4 paste
Coriander Powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil & (salt to taste) 2 tablespoons
