Steps of Cooking

Meat/Chicken, boneless 1 kg 1" broad, thin long strips / small cubes

  1. 1. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry the onions. After they are golden brown, take them out and place them on a plate covered with tissue papers. Let them cool then crush it coarsely.

  2. 2. Marinate the meat with rehmat Bihari Kabab desi ghee, crushed fried onions, ginger, garlic, yogurt and raw papaya and leave it for 3 - 4 hours.

  3. 3. Put each piece of meat into the skewers and grill on less heat until the Kababs are well cooked and brown on all sides. At every interval keep rotating the skewers to equality grill the pieces. To avoid the kababs to fall, tie a thread around them

  4. Serve it well: with tamarind chutney and onion rings.
