Meat |
1 - 1.5 kgs, small cubes |
- 1. Fill the slited green chillies with 2 tablespoons of
Rehmat Achari Ghosht Masala and lemon juice mixture.
- 2. In a pan, heat oil, add meat, yogurt, ginger, tomato puree and the remaining Rehmat Achari Ghosht masala
with 1-2 glasses of wate. Cover and simmer, and cook the meat till it is soft.
- 3.Once the meat is soft, place the spice filled green chillies over the meat. Cover it again and cook on low heat, till the oil separates from the gravy
