Steps of Cooking

Meat 1 - 1.5 kgs, small cubes

  1. 1. Fill the slited green chillies with 2 tablespoons of Rehmat Achari Ghosht Masala and lemon juice mixture.

  2. 2. In a pan, heat oil, add meat, yogurt, ginger, tomato puree and the remaining Rehmat Achari Ghosht masala with 1-2 glasses of wate. Cover and simmer, and cook the meat till it is soft.

  3. 3.Once the meat is soft, place the spice filled green chillies over the meat. Cover it again and cook on low heat, till the oil separates from the gravy

Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons

Lemon Juice 3-4 tablespoons
Tomato 6, pureed/500g
Yogurt 2.5 cups, whipped/500g
Ghee/Oil 1 cup, 175g
